Our site in Ollerton houses our River Island contract. We are now looking for a warehouse administrator to join the team.
Vacancy Description: (role requirements, duties)
To ensure effective processing of administrative duties for the River Island contract. To offer solutions and assistance in problem solving.To achieve daily objectives and customer targets by performing the administrative duties within Clipper control.
Duties will include:
·To offer support to the Operational teams with any administrative duties.Understand the short term requirements of the management team.
·Maintaining Health & Safety in the workplace.
·Effective control of inbound bookings.
·Accurate performance of stock accuracy checks, providing detailed analysis of results.
·Reconciliation and tracking of consumable usage and stationery purchases.
·Completion of Daily reporting logs.
·Interrogation of WMS to complete stock management reporting.
·Operation of switchboard for internal and external calls.
·To understand the customer ethos and administrative priorities and be conversant with personal targets.
·To engage in effective communication and interdepartmental relationships which enhance staff engagement levels acting in line with Clippers code of conduct.
Hours of work: 12:00-20:00
Overtime available occasionally
28 days holiday (inc allowance for 8 bank holidays)
NEST Auto enrolment pension after 3 months
