Our PrettyLittleThing operation in Sheffield is one of our most vibrant and groundbreaking sites. A 600,000 square foot site with over 1000 employees, we provide fulfilment to PrettyLittleThing customers on a global basis.

Due to our continued growth on this site, we are now looking to recruit a number of Team Leaders for our Day Shift which is a four on four off, 7am – 7pm shift pattern.

What is the purpose of the role?

To oversee the routine operational tasks allocated by the Shift Management Team through strict adherence to safe systems of work, standard operational procedures and processes within the designated operational area which they have responsibility for. Providing focus on health & safety, productivity, accuracy and quality by helping to lead the operational shift team by encouraging a team Clipper work ethic to achieve daily targets for each shift.

Key Elements of the Role:

Your role will be based around 3 core areas – Health and Safety, People and Operations/Finance.

You will be able to demonstrate a good understanding and proven track record of working to national health and safety regulations, acting as a role model to your team and using tools such as 6S’s in your work.

A good leader of people, you will be responsible for motivating your team, ensuring KPIs are hit, and performance managing colleagues who do not meet the expected standard of performance.

You will conduct daily and weekly briefings with Colleagues ensuring they understand site and operational focus areas and identify talent in the Operative population to ensure we enable all Colleagues to reach their full potential.

From an operational perspective you will have a number of tasks to work to ensure that levels of service to the customer are maintained at all times, developing and maintaining appropriate daily, weekly and monthly reporting mechanisms to monitor, control and improve performance.

You will also provide weekly daily and monthly performance reports and develop and maintain visual management boards for the team and gather Information and records to support your performance
