We now have a vacancy for an MI Analyst at our PrettyLittleThing site in Sheffield.
The PrettyLittleThing operation is one of our most exciting contracts. We provide fulfilment for all of their customers across the globe in a fast paced, 24/7 setting.
What is the purpose of the role?
To improve performance and increase efficiencies in operational process across the site, co-ordinate and prioritise requests from the Client and present findings back in agreed reporting standards.
Key areas of responsibility
·Performing work time studies across all areas of the operation to validate KPI’s.
·Re timing of processes when operational changes are implemented to the process.
·Co-ordinating and driving projects to reduce costs, improve performance and enhancing the working practices of Colleagues.
·Developing improvements to the current operating processes and tools to optimise quality and efficiency.
·Creating documentation to effectively monitor quality standards and ensuring a level of compliance across all areas of operation.
·Setting standards across the operating processes.
·Supporting training of Colleagues
·Creating customer reports and presentations around work studies
·Other CI duties
Maintain the required standards of Health and Safety and housekeeping
Required skills, knowledge and experience:
·Recognised OM analyst ( with rate card in date)
·Tech time qualified
·3 PL Logistics or FMCG experience
·Experience of working under pressure and to tight timelines.
·Report writing skills
·Bias for action
·Can do attitude
·Flexibility to cover varying shifts
·Strong PC skills especially excel
