HR Advisor

We now have an opportunity for a HR Advisor out of our Northampton, Brackmills site.

HR in Clipper is an exciting place to be. Under the direction of our Group HR Director, we have taken it from a transaction function to a strategic department. As a HR Advisor, no two days will ever be the same. This is a wide ranging and engrossing role where you will be involved in everything from Employee Relations, training and recruitment, to arranging charity events and team building days.

Our HR Advisors are able to keep many plates spinning.Whilst dealing with transactional duties such as payroll and time and attendance, you will also be working with your HR Manager to embed our Group HR Strategy into your site, such as our Apprentice Degree programme and our CSR initiative, Fresh Start.

Ideally we are looking for our new team member to have the following experience:

·CIPD Qualified (level 5 or higher) or equivalent

·Demonstrable experience of managing employee and Industrial Relations matters

·2-3 years’ experience or equivalent, within the HR function or closely supporting Senior managers

·Highly organised and able to meet deadlines

·Previous experience of successfully coaching & developing managers

·Computer literate especially with Microsoft packages (excel, word, powerpoint)

·Previous experience of HR Information Systems and Time & Attendance

·Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative

·Ability to adapt quickly to the ever changing needs of the business

·Able to work collaboratively within a team environment

·Commitment to continuous improvement and business excellence programmes
