We now have a vacancy for a HR Advisor at our PrettyLittleThing site in Sheffield.
The PrettyLittleThing operation is one of our most exciting contracts. We provide fulfilment for all of their customers across the globe in a fast paced, 24/7 setting.
Our HR team is an integral part of the success of this site. As a HR Advisor you will have a very varied role, with no 2 days the same. You will be expected to keep lots of plates spinning, so we need a confident multi-tasker who enjoys being busy!
We can have over 1000 employees on site so engagement and relationship building must be a passion of yours. At the same time, you will also need great organisational and analytical skills to ensure that the correct process and procedures are being followed.
Your main responsibilities will be:
·Manage a full range of HR activities within the Employee Lifecycle
·Provide advice and guidance on Absence Management and Performance Management
·Provide advice and guidance on Clipper Policy & Procedures
·Coaching & upskilling of managers across all levels
·Manage HR Systems including Time & Attendance through to Payroll
·Support Site Engagement & Charity / CSR Initiatives
·Compliance of HR Audits
·Support recruitment and selection through to onboarding
·Maintaining up to date Employment Law knowledge and manage risk of ER issues
·Maintain H&S in the Workplace
Support the Management Team with any other duties
