Clipper has been appointed to provide online fulfilment solution for Claire’s, the world’s leading brand for fun, affordable and fashionable jewellery, accessories and beauty products. The service will make Claire’s products available online in the UK and across Europe for the first time. Clipper fulfils and distributes Claire’s online orders from one of its e-fulfilment centres of excellence, in Selby.
A core team from Clipper is dedicated to the Claire’s contract, which hosts over 5,000 SKU’s held in stock, picked, packed and despatched. The service also controls the management of returned items, which are checked and processed for re-sale on a same-day basis.
Stock to be held and distributed by Clipper will include hair products, jewellery, make up, clothes, bags and hats. This adds to Clipper’s list of high profile customers in the multichannel fashion retail sector.
