Clipper Logistics plc has extended its partnership with premium women’s fashion brand, Mint Velvet, taking the businesses partnership into its tenth year.
The retail and high-value logistics specialist, will continue to service the contract from its Milton Keynes facility, and the integrated solution will incorporate store replenishment, Click & Collect, global e-commerce support, wholesale supply and returns. Clipper’s added-value services, ClickLink™ and Boomerang™, will form a key part of the new agreement, providing best-practice in Click & Collect and reverse logistics respectively.

Clipper’s added-value retail services will include the repair of returned faulty goods, and re-configuring the multichannel supply-chain to be more streamlined and efficient, resulting in a more positive customer experience. ClickLink, a joint venture created by Clipper alongside The John Lewis partnership, allows retailers of all sizes to scale their business alongside the growing trend for Click & Collect, and consumer demand for choice and convenience.
