We have always believed in promoting people from within. And especially those who have earned it, by delivering exceptional performance and demonstrating our values and standards.

To help our people progress, we set objectives and measure performance via KPI tracking and regular Performance & Development Reviews.

These informal, two-way reviews allow employees and managers to discuss their future aspirations, identify training needs and reward consistent achievers.

We also offer our employees the opportunity to gain experience through secondments and projects such as start-ups. These provide an insight into our wider business and allow people to experience challenges they may not otherwise encounter in their day-to-day work.
