Key Roles

Clipper is the sum of many parts and a combination of roles and functions, which are crucial in making us the company we are. These key roles fall into two categories – operations and specialist.

General Managers

Our General Managers are key players within our senior management structure. They’re the people who bridge the gap between the needs of our customers and our corporate and operational goals, while keeping their staff motivated. To succeed, you’ll need commercial acumen, operational know-how, good interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.

You’ll also be expected to delegate tasks and ensure your team is adequately briefed, trained and equipped to do their job. All while identifying and resolving operational and technical issues, and reporting concerns that require action.
