Graduate Scheme Application Form

Applications are now open for the 2019 Clipper Graduate Scheme and will be accepted until Friday 17th May 2019.

Our fundamental aim is to develop both technical and leadership capabilities in each successful applicant.

As an applicant our extensive 18-month programme will immerse you in the practical day-to-day activities of our sites or business function, and help you to develop in-depth leadership and management skills. You will be supported by a dedicated Learning and Development Manager and be assigned a mentor, who will support and guide you through the programme.

After the first six months, we will enrol you in the Institute of Leadership Management (ILM) Level 3 programme to gain a qualification (if eligible).
At the end of the programme, you will be ready to take on a managerial role – be that a Shift Manager, Team Leader or Functional Manager.

For more details or to read stories from our previous Graduates, view our leaflet here: Clipper Graduate Leaflet

Please note, all selected candidates must be available to attend an assessment day on Wednesday 19th/Thursday 20th June 2019.

Successful individuals will begin on Monday 9th September 2019.
