Ted is a seasoned HR practitioner and Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development. He’s enjoyed a diverse career, having worked within the manufacturing sector and wallpaper industry before opting for logistics.

Since joining Clipper in 2006, Ted has worked hard to develop the ‘People Agenda’ – an initiative to encourage positive culture change and prepare for business growth. This has brought greater structure to the way Clipper manages its people and ensures everyone receives training and development support.

Ted is proud the strong HR team he has built at Clipper, and is looking forward to welcoming new team members onboard as the company continues to grow.
