Mike is another of our long-standing team, having joined Clipper when they acquired Gagewell Transport in 2001, where he was working as Managing Director. During his tenure in that role, Mike was instrumental in forming relationships and establishing contracts with many clients in the high-value sector, which now form a significant part of the current Clipper portfolio.

Today, Mike is responsible for the Commercial Vehicle Division of Clipper, which comprises Northern Commercials and Stormont Truck & Van. In addition, he works with other members of the main board to identify potential acquisitions and carry out due diligence work. He is also responsible for Group HR and Properties, making him a very busy man indeed. It’s a good thing he likes a challenge.

Mike is focussed on ensuring Clipper maintains its core principles of delivering the highest standard of service through a lean and motivated management team.
